| Work Description | We aim to develop organic and polymeric materials that exhibit efficient ion and electronic charge-transporting capabilities.

| Scope of Work Description Change | Duties are subject to change within the scope of the Employee’s position. |
| Qualification | Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree or expect to receive the degree by the start of the employment. Candidates should also have research experience in organic and polymer synthesis as well as materials property characterization.

| Starting Date | April 1st 2026 or later |
| Term | One year (renewal is possible depending on an evaluation until September 30st 2025) |
| Contract Renewal Criteria / Maximum Employment Period | Renewal of the contract will be determined based on work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, budget situation, and other factors. The maximum employment period shall not exceed 5 years. This may be subject to change because of amendments to the Working Regulations. |

| Scope of Work Location Changes | The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer’s site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer. |
| Work Hours | 7 hours 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Deemed working hours when the discretionary labor system is applied are 8 hours 15 minutes per day. |
| Holiday | Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year Holidays, annual paid leave and other holidays as stipulated in the Working Regulations. |
| Salary / Supply | Monthly salary: 317,570〜344,860 yen (Determined based on experience and ability in accordance with the institution’s term-based employee salary regulations)

| Trial Period | Two months from the start date of employment |
| Insurance | Health insurance (MEXT Mutual Aid Association), Welfare Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance and Worker’s Accident Compensation Insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in these insurances when working conditions meet the requirements. |
