At NIMS, we believe that enriching the overall work and home life of all employees, with their widely varying values and lifestyles, brings extra vitality to our organization. We are committed to creating a workplace that is comfortable for both men and women.
Latest Information
Since the second phase of the action plan starting in April 2007, NIMS has achieved goals such as an uptake in leave-taking and the introduction of reduced working hours. In May 2009, NIMS was certified as a “Childcare Support Company” under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.
