Title

Magnetic imaging of narrow regions and complex structures by electron holography

Abstract

The region where the magnetic moments are modulated contains various information such as essential physical property information and extrinsic influences due to the shape of the host material. By uncovering this information, it is possible to extract physical properties which are elusive by bulk measurements and obtain conditions for forming novel magnetic structures. In this talk, I will introduce the determination of magnetic exchange stiffness and the discovery of a new magnetic metastructure stabilized in nanoparticles by magnetic imaging using electron holography.
