Action plan based on Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children

NIMS is committed to creating an environment where all staff can fully realize their potential under conditions of work-life balance. This includes consideration of child-rearing. In accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children (Act No. 120 of 2003), we have formulated the following action plan.

General employer action plan based on Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life

In the society of the future, it will be increasingly important for women to fully exercise, under their own volition, their individuality and capabilities in professional life. NIMS has formulated an action plan to promote the active engagement of women in professional life and thereby contribute to a rich and vibrant society.

NIMS Grand Design for Gender Equality

Along with the background of the national basic plan for gender equality, we have formulated the NIMS Grand Design for Gender Equality and we are taking action based on this plan.
