| Work Description | Data-Driven Research and Development of Polymer and Functional Materials |
| Scope of Work Description Change | Duties are subject to change within the scope of the Employee’s position. |
| Qualification | You will be engaged in the research and development of functional polymer materials. We welcome applicants with an interest in data-driven research and automated or autonomous experiments. Experience in polymer synthesis, structural analysis, and physical property analysis is preferred.

| Contract Renewal Criteria / Maximum Employment Period | Renewal of the contract will be determined based on work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, budget situation, and other factors. The maximum employment period shall not exceed five (5) years. This may be subject to change because of amendments to the Working Regulations. |

| Scope of Work Location Changes | The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer’s site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer. |
| Work Hours | 7 hours and 45 minutes per day (8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.), 5 days a week; break time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Under the discretionary work system, the deemed working hours are 8 hours and 15 minutes per day. |
| Holiday | Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year’s holidays (December 29–January 3), annual paid leave, and other leave as specified in the organization’s regulations |
| Salary / Supply | Monthly salary: 345,425 yen ~ Deemed working hours when the discretionary labor system is applied are 8 hours and 15 minutes per day.
