| Work Description | Research of adhesive materials.

| Scope of Work Description Change | Duties are subject to change within the scope of the Employee’s position. |
| Qualification | The applicant should (or is expected to) have a Ph.D. degree in the field of polymer chemistry or materials science. |
| Starting Date | April 1st 2026 or later (negotiable) |
| Term | 1 year (renewable depending on the performance) |
| Contract Renewal Criteria / Maximum Employment Period | Renewal of the contract will be determined based on work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, budget situation, and other factors. The maximum employment period shall not exceed five (5) years. This may be subject to change because of amendments to the Working Regulations. |

| Scope of Work Location Changes | The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer’s site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer. |
| Work Hours | 7 hours 45minute (08:30-17:15) a day (negotiable as the flex-time system). |
| Holiday | Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year Holidays, annual paid leave and other holidays as stipulated in the Working Regulations. |
| Salary / Supply | Followed by NIMS regulations. Commuting allowance and national insurance are also included. Monthly salary 340,000yen~ Deemed overtime allowance included in monthly salary |
| Trial Period | Two months from the start date of employment |
| Insurance | Health insurance (MEXT Mutual Aid Association), Welfare Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance and Worker’s Accident Compensation Insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in these insurances when working conditions meet the requirements. |
