| Work Description | We will conduct research and development into advanced lithium batteries that use lithium metal as the anode. In particular, we will focus on the following points:

| Term | By March 31st 2027(the term can be updated depending the efforts and achievements, maximum 5 years) |
| Contract Renewal Criteria / Maximum Employment Period | Renewal of the contract will be determined based on work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, budget situation and other factors.The maximum employment period shall not exceed 5 years. This may be subject to change because of amendments to the Working Regulations. |
| Work Place | National Institute for Materials Science, Namiki-site (Tsukuba City, Ibaraki) |
| Scope of Work Location Changes | The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer's site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer. |
| Work Hours | 7 hours 45 minutes a day or discretionary labor system, 5 days a week. Deemed working hours when the discretionary labor system is applied are 8 hours 15 minutes per day. |
| Holiday | Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, New Year Holidays, annual paid leave and other holidays as stipulated in the NIMS Regulations. |
| Salary / Supply | Monthly salary: 410,460 yen~ (Determined based on experiences and ability in accordance with the institution’s term-based employee salary regulations) Fixed overtime pays included in monthly salary (Article 10, item 3 of the Salary Regulations for Fixed Term Employees)

| Trial Period | Two months from the start date of employment |
| Insurance | Health insurance (MEXT Mutual Aid Association), Welfare Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance and Workers’ accident Compensation Insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in these insurances when working conditions meet the requirements. |
