| Work Description | Numerical modeling and experimental research on the photothermal conversion of micro/nanostructures. Specific tasks include optical and heat transfer calculations using the finite element method (FEM) and spectroscopic measurements across the visible to infrared wavelength ranges. |

| Work Hours | 7 hours 45 minutes per day, 5 days a week; Break time: 12:00–13:00 Discretionary labor system available. Under the discretionary labor system, the deemed working time is 8 hours 15 minutes per day. |

| Salary / Supply | Monthly salary: 325,360 JPY – 425,768 JPY. If the discretionary labor system applies, the salary includes a deemed overtime allowance (refer to Article 13-2 of the Regulations on Salaries for Fixed-term Employees). Commuting allowance provided (for distances of 2 km or more; subject to a maximum limit). Various special leave systems available (bereavement, nursing care, family care, etc.). |
