| Work Description | Research on high-performance nonprecious metal catalysts using nanosheets and other novel nanomaterials.

| Scope of Work Description Change | Duties are subject to change within the scope of the Employee’s position. |

| Contract Renewal Criteria / Maximum Employment Period | Extension should be dependent upon the budget condition, work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, and other factors, possibly up to 3 Years with evaluation. |

| Scope of Work Location Changes | The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer’s site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer. |
| Work Hours | 7 hours 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week (negotiable as the flex-time system) Deemed working hours when the discretionary labor system is applied are 8 hours and 15 minutes per day. |
| Holiday | Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year Holidays, annual paid leave and other holidays as stipulated in the Working Regulations. |
| Salary / Supply | Supply followed by NIMS regulations. Commuting allowance and national insurance will also be covered. Fixed overtime pay included in monthly salary (Article 10, item 3 of the Salary Regulations for Fixed Term Employees) |
| Trial Period | Two months from the start date of employment |
| Insurance | Health insurance (MEXT Mutual Aid Association), Welfare Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance and Workers’ accident Compensation Insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in these insurances when working conditions meet the requirements. |
