Regarding the fire at the Sengen site on Jan. 13, 2023

At around 22:10 on January 13, 2023, a fire broke out in a laboratory on the 6th floor of the Central Building in Sengen site of our institute and burnt down 44m2 of one laboratory.
The fire was extinguished by the fire department, and no one was injured.
In addition, there is no fear of impact on the neighborhood.
The cause is currently under investigation.
