Job Summary Polymer synthesis, cell experiments, some animals experiemnts. Analysis of experimental data. Other necessary research-related work.

Duties are subject to change within the scope of the Employee’s position.
Qualification Experience in organic synsthesis or polymer sysnthesis beside cell culture experiemnts is preferred. Computer skills are preferred and ability to communicate in English or Japanese.
Starting Date After August 1, 2024 (available for consultation)
Term 1 year

Renewal of the contract will be determined based on work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, budget situation, and other factors. The maximum employment period shall not exceed five (5) years. This may be subject to change because of amendments to the Working Regulations.
Work Place National Institute for Materials Science, Namiki-Site (Tsukuba City, Ibaraki)

The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer’s site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer.
Work Hours 5-7 hours a day, 3-5 days a week (We can discuss working days and hours. Flextime allows you to adjust your working days.)
Holiday Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
Salary / Supply Based on NIMS regulations. Commuting allowance and national insurance are also included.
Trial Period There is two months probational period.
Insurance National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association short-term, employees' pension insurance, employment insurance, and worker's compensation insurance applicable (Various insurances are subscribed if they meet the requirements stipulated by laws and regulations)
