| Job Summary | Research on exploration of physics and device application of thermoelectric response using dielectric materials, ionic conductors, and magnetic materials. The theme will be decided based on the preferences and expertise of successful candidate, focusing on transport phenomenon measurements. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire process, from sample preparation and evaluation to analysis. |

| Contract Renewal Criteria / Maximum Employment Period | Renewal of the contract will be determined based on work performance, work attitude, progress of the work engaged in, workload at the end of the contract period, budget situation, and other factors. The maximum employment period shall not exceed five (5) years. This may be subject to change because of amendments to the Working Regulations. |

| Scope of Work Location Changes | The scope of the change of place of work shall be limited to each of the Employer’s site, as well as other locations separately approved by the Employer. |
| Work Hours | 7 hours 45 minutes a day, or Discretionary labor system Deemed working hours when the discretionary labor system is applied are 8 hours and 15 minutes per day. |
| Holiday | Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year Holidays, annual paid leave and other holidays as stipulated in the Working Regulations |
| Salary / Supply | 376,380 JPY/month Fixed overtime pay included in monthly salary (Article 10, item 3 of the Salary Regulations for Fixed Term Employees) Commuting allowance is provided in case commuting distance exceeds 2 km, subject to a maximum cap. |
| Trial Period | Two months from the start date of employment |
| Insurance | Health insurance (MEXT Mutual Aid Association), Welfare Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance and Worker’s Accident Compensation Insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in these insurances when working conditions meet the requirements. |
