Research Summary |
The postdoctoral researcher is expected to study material science by using machine learning and ab-initio simulation. |
Qualification |
- Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree or expect to receive it by the start of employment.
- Candidates with a background in materials science, physics, spintronics and/or computational science with programming skills are eligible.
- They would preferably have experience using ab-initio software such as AkaiKKR, SPRKKR, VASP and QuantumEspresso.
- Candidate is expected to be able to communicate about research in Japanese or English and be willing to work with co-researchers to carry out research.

Salary / Supply |
- Determine based on experience and skills based on the fixed-term staff salary rules of the Organization.
- Commuting allowance available (payment conditions, upper limit available)
- Supply followed by NIMS regulations. National Insurance is included.

We set a probationary period. |
Insurance |
Health insurance (MEXT Mutual Aid Association), Welfare Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance and Workers’ accident Compensation Insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in these insurances when working conditions meet the requirements. |
