| Research Summary |
The plastic deformation behavior of metals has not yet been fully clarified. In particular, the interaction between slip systems has yet to be quantitatively determined, and techniques for predicting macroscopic plastic deformation behavior are still in their infancy. In this study, we are engaged in research on crystal plasticity analysis of metals including compounds, aiming to establish a methodology for predicting macroscopic plastic deformation behavior by means of calculations and experiments. |
| Qualification |
- The applicant should (or is expected to) have a Ph.D. degree.
- Research experience in crystal plasticity analysis is highly preferred
- Experience with Python programming is highly preferred.
- Experience with experimental studies on mechanical properties of metals is preferred.

| Salary / Supply |
- Determine based on experience and skills based on the fixed-term staff salary
- rules of the Organization.
- Commuting allowance available (payment conditions, upper limit available)
- Supply followed by NIMS regulations. National Insurance is included.
