Theoretical study of complex nano-scale materials (Si, Ge, GaN, ..) using large-scale DFT and machine-learning techniques |
| Qualification |
- Candidates should have a PhD or expect to receive the dgree by the start of the employment.
- Experiences with DFT studies and supercomputers are preferred.
