Postdoctoral Researcher 1 position (Fixed Term)

Apr. 10, 2025

Neuromorphic Devices Group

Research on exploration of physics and device application of thermoelectric response using dielectric materials, ionic conductors, and magnetic materials. The theme will be decided based on the preferences and expertise of successful candidate, focusing on transport phenomenon measurements. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire process, from sample preparation and evaluation to analysis.

Postdoctoral Researcher1 or 2 positions(Fixed Term)

Mar. 10, 2025

Thin Film Electronics Group

The postdoctoral researcher is expected to mainly contribute to design and development of functional oxide thin film transistor. The vacuum film fabrication and characterizations, as well as transistor fabrication and characterizations in this research will be needed. Particularly, thin film will be fabricated by ALD system. Furthermore, nano-scale transistor fabrication using electron beam lithography will be used.
