利用の流れFlow of use

利用前　Before use
			・利用相談フォームをダウンロードし、事務局へ送付する ・Download the Support Request Form and submit to Nanostructural Characterization Group office
			・担当スタッフと利用相談 ・Usage consultation with Nanostructural Characterization Group staff
			・該当するシステムにて利用者登録を行う ・Register as a user on the appropriate on-line system
			・ユーザー登録完了メールが届いたら装置管理システムにて課題申請を行う ・Once you receive the registration completion email, move onto subject application
			・Reviewed and decided whether your subject is acceptable or not acceptable.
			・メールにて通知される ・notification by email
			・Our staffs will contact you to start service.
利用後　After use
			・事務局より利用料金をメールにて通知される ・Usage fee will be sent by Nanostructural Characterization Group office
			・「利用報告書」を提出（年度末） ・Submit a "User’s Report" at the end of the fiscal year
			・得られた成果を論文や学会等で発表される際は、 指定の 謝辞を掲載 下さい。 ・Please include acknowledgement in your scientific publications, when you publish a result obtained by using the facilities and support services of TEM station.
