電子顕微鏡ステーションの設備利用には、年度毎に課題申請が必要になります。前年度からの継続課題の場合も課題申請を行ってください。
It is necessary to make an application every year to use our facilities, even if you are a current user and the subject is continued beyond upcoming fiscal year.

＊電子顕微鏡ステーションでは、2018年度から新規ユーザーに対して装置の利用ルール・マナーについてWeb上で「理解度チェックテスト（共通編）」を実施しています。それ以前からの継続ユーザーに対しても、電子顕微鏡ステーションが必要と判断した場合は案内に従って、装置の利用ルール・マナーについての「理解度チェックテスト」を受けていただいており、これに合格してから装置利用が可能となります。

＊Since FY2018, every new user is required to take and pass the online test “Common test for TEM Station users about the understanding of the usage rules”. For current users, who used our services before FY2018, if deemed necessary by TEM station, the test should be taken according to the guidance from Nanostructural Characterization Group office. After passing the test, the users can continue the usage of the facilities.

1. 年度末に電子顕微鏡解析ステーション ナノ構造解析グループ事務局よりライセンス更新案内が通知されます。
   ＊新たに利用装置追加希望の場合は、電子顕微鏡解析ステーション ナノ構造解析グループ事務局に連絡してください。利用相談が必要です。
   　→ 利用装置追加の場合
   Notification of license renewal will be informed from Nanostructural Characterization Group office at the end of each fiscal year.
   ＊Please notify Nanostructural Characterization Group office if you would like to use additional equipment. Usage consultation is required.

2. 利用申請システムにログインし、新年度の課題を申請します。
   Login to user registration system and submit a new subject for next fiscal year.
3. 責任者の承認を確認します。
   Confirmation of approval by supervisor.
4. 電子顕微鏡解析ステーション ナノ構造解析グループ事務局よりライセンス継続の案内が届き、継続して装置利用が可能となります。
   After receiving the acceptance notice from Nanostructural Characterization Group office, you may continue to use the facilities.
   ＊ライセンスは 4月末まで有効です。新年度の課題が受理されるまでの間、4月中の装置予約はスタッフが代理で行います。
   ＊Licenses are valid until the end of April. Therefore during April, until your research subject submitted for the new fiscal year is accepted, Nanostructural Characterization Group staff will book sessions for you.

1. 新たに利用装置追加希望の場合は、電子顕微鏡解析ステーション ナノ構造解析グループ事務局に連絡し、利用相談を行います。
   「利用相談フォーム」をダウンロードし、依頼内容をご記入の上、事務局へお送りください。
   Notify Nanostructural Characterization Group office if you would like to use additional equipment. Usage consultation with Nanostructural Characterization Group staff is needed.
   Download a “Support Request Form” and send it to Nanostructural Characterization Group office after filling in the form.

2. 事務局または担当者からの「利用相談」日程についての連絡をお待ちください。
   Wait for our reply about a schedule of “Usage consultation”.
3. 担当者と「利用相談」を行って下さい。※学生は上長の同席が必要です。
   Consult with Nanostructural Characterization Group staff about your request. ※For students, their supervisor present is required.
4. 追加可能の連絡を受けた方は、利用申請システムにログインし、新年度の課題を申請します。
   After your request is admitted by TEM station, login to user registration system and submit a new subject for next fiscal year.
5. 責任者の承認を確認します。
   Confirmation of approval by supervisor.
6. 事務局または装置担当者より連絡があり、装置の利用講習（TEM初心者講習クラスⅠまたは技術補助）を受けます。
   Nanostructural Characterization Group office or relevant staff will contact you to schedule a technical training, which is “TEM beginner class I” or “Technical Support”.
   
   ＊継続利用中の装置については、電子顕微鏡解析ステーション ナノ構造解析グループ事務局よりライセンス継続の案内が届き、継続して装置利用が可能となります。
   ＊ライセンスは 4 月末まで有効です。新年度の課題が受理されるまでの間、4 月中の装置予約はスタッフが代理で行います。
   ＊For the facilities you continue to use, after receiving the acceptance notice from Nanostructural Characterization Group office, you may continue to use them.
   ＊Licenses will be valid until the end of April. Therefore during April, Nanostructural Characterization Group staff will book the equipment for you, until your research subject is accepted for the new fiscal year.
