　　◆装置管理システム/Reservation system (online system)

＊ゲスト用ログインで設備の予約状況をご覧いただけます。
　You can log in and confirm reservation status with the ID and password as follows.
　　Guest ▶ Email address：guest@nmcp.jp
　　　　　 　Password：guest

＊装置管理システムでユーザー登録された方へは、本登録手続き完了後、個別にユーザーIDをご連絡致します。
　After user registration has been completed, Nanostructural Characterization Group office will inform users an ID individually.
＊ライセンス取得後、許可された利用者のみご自身で予約可能となります。
　After getting a license, permitted users can book the machine time by themselves.
＊技術補助は装置担当者が予約します。
　For “Technical Support”, the machine time will be reserved by Nanostructural Characterization Group staff.

■ 予約できる時間の単位は装置ごとに異なりますので、以下をご確認ください。
　 The shortest reservation time unit is different for each machine. Please confirm as below.

　　TEM, FIB, SEM → セッション単位の予約の場合 (For reservation by the session)
　　その他の装置 (Other instruments) → 時間単位の予約の場合 (For reservation by the hour)

1. セッション単位の予約の場合 (For reservation by the session)

予約の時間割 The schedule of facilities

　・午前（Morning）　　　9:00~12:30
　・午後（Afternoon）　  13:00~16:30
　・夜間（Night）　  　　17:00~20:30

利用時間帯は取得ライセンスによって異なります。
予約は原則4セッションまで可能です。
The available time is different depending on the type of license.
Each user is permitted to book a maximum of four sessions at a time.

• Bライセンス: 平日の午前、午後のセッションが利用可能（9:00~16:30） *時間厳守
  B-license :　Morning and Afternoon sessions on weekdays (9:00~16:30) *please be punctual.


• Aライセンス: 平日の午前、午後、夜間のセッションが利用可能（9:00~20:30） *時間厳守
  　　　　　　（新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のための利用制限期間中も利用可能）
  A-license : Morning, Afternoon and Night sessions on weekdays（9:00~20:30) *please be punctual.
  　　　　 　（A-license holders may use the facilities during the Novel Coronavirus infection control period.）
  
  ＊4セッション予約している場合、1セッションの利用が終了した翌日に、新たに1セッション予約可能となります。
  　When you have 4 sessions booked, you will be able to make a new reservation the day after you finish one of your reserved sessions.
  ＊NIMS所属の方は夜間もご利用いただけます。NIMS外の方は夜間はご利用いただけません。
    （試料作製室・JEM-7000Fは夜間ご利用いただけません。）
  　Users belonging to NIMS are permitted during night time session hours (17:00 to 20:30).
  　Users outside of NIMS are not eligible for use during night time session hours.
    （The sample preparation room and JEM-7000F are not available for night sessions.）

2. 時間単位の予約の場合 (For reservation by the hour)

• 以下の装置をご利用の際は予約が必要です。セッション単位ではなく、1時間単位でご予約下さい。
  (例：10:30-12:00 はNG /13:30-15:30 はOK)
  イオンスライサー / PIPS / ディンプル・グラインダー / アイソメット / マルチプレップシステム
  For the following instruments, please reserve in an increment of one hour, not of a session.
  (e.g.: 10:30-12:00 :NG 　/13:30-15:30 :OK)
  Ion Slicer / PIPS / Dimple Grinder / ISOMET / Multiprep System
　

• 予約可能な時間帯は 9:00-16:00です。
  Reservations can be made from 9:00 to 16:00.


• 予約システムで入力した時間は、利用料金にそのまま反映されるため、昼休みや休憩時間を取る場合は、予約を分けて下さい。
  Since the reserved time slots in the online reservation system will be directly reflected in the usage fee, please make sure separate the time slots, not to include lunch time or recesses.
　

• 1日の予約枠の数に制限はありません。
  No limit to the number of booking slot per day.

• コーター類などその他の装置は、利用装置のライセンスを付与されたユーザーであれば、予約なしでご利用いただけます。
  ただし、他のユーザーと時間が被る可能性があることを予めご了承ください。
  Other equipment, such as coaters, may be used without reservation by licensed users of the equipment.
  However, please note that the timing of use may overlap with other users.
  
  　　　 → TEM試料作製装置　TEM sample preparation equipment

• 試料室の利用可能時間は平日の9:00-16:30です。　
  Sample Preparation Room is available from 9:00 to 16:30 on weekdays.
　　
• 登録ユーザーに限り、103室の利用が可能です。 入退室の際は、スタッフルームからカードキーを借用/返却ください。
  Only registered users can use 103 rooms. When entering or leaving the room, please borrow / return the card key from the staff room.
