利用案内How to Use

ナノ構造解析グループにおける A・Bライセンス発行について A・B License issuance at Nanostructural Characterization Group

機器利用をご希望の方は（原則）講習後、自身での操作が可能となった段階で Bライセンス を発行いたします。これにより自身で装置の予約が可能となります。
また装置操作に熟知し、スタッフのサポートの必要ない方については、ご希望・審査により Aライセンス を発行いたします。これにより新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のための利用制限期間中もご利用いただけます。

In principle, users of the Common Use Service will be issued B-license when they become able to operate by themselves after taking the beginners' classes and/or technical training. This allows users to make reservations and use equipment by themselves.
Users who are knowledgeable and proficient of the equipment use, and who do not need any face-to-face assistance from the staff may acquire the A-license with an application and examination. A-license holders may use the facilities during the Novel Coronavirus infection control period.

Bライセンス発行までのプロセス
Process of issuing B license
機器利用希望者は以下の手続きによって、Bライセンスを受けられます。
To acquire a B-license, the following steps are required

①「HP－利用案内」をよく読んだ後、Web上で「理解度チェックテスト（共通編）」を受け、これに合格して下さい。
　 After carefully reading "How to Use" on this website, take the online test "Common test for users about the understanding of the usage rules" and pass it.  

【TEM初心者の方 / TEM First time users】
② TEM初心者講習クラス I、II の受講（Web上で「理解度チェックテスト（TEM編）」の受験あり　※TEMの場合）
　 Take the beginners class I & II (includes the online test "Test about the understanding of TEM"　※For TEM usage only）
③ 基礎クラスの受講（実技確認テストあり）
　 Take the basic class (includes a technical skills test)
④ オプションクラスの受講（必要な場合）
　 Take the optional classes, if required

【TEM経験者 / TEM experienced users】
② 実技確認あり
　 Skill check test
③ Web上で「理解度チェックテスト（TEM編）」の受験（※TEMの場合）
　 Take the online test "Test about the understanding of TEM" (※For TEM usage only）

【FIBの利用者 / Users of FIB】
② 実技講習受講（実技確認テストあり）
　 Take the technical trainings (includes a technical skills test)
③ Web上で「理解度チェックテスト（FIB編）」の受験　※FIBの場合
　 Take the online test “TEST about the understanding of FIB”　※For FIB usage

【その他の装置の利用者 / Users of Other Instruments】
② 実技講習受講（実技確認テストあり）
　 Take the technical trainings (includes a technical skills test)
Aライセンス発行までのプロセス
Process of issuing A license
Aライセンス希望者は以下の手続きによって、Aライセンスを受けられます。
To acquire A-license, the following steps are required

１．申請 / Application

Bライセンスをお持ちで 装置操作に熟知しスタッフのサポートの必要ない方 はAライセンス取得の申請ができます。
B-license users who are knowledgeable, proficient of the equipment use, and who do not need any face-to-face assistance from the staff may apply for A-license.
  1. Aライセンスの申請をご希望の方は、お問い合わせフォーム に必要事項を入力し、送信してください。
    To apply for an A-license, access and fill out "inquiry form" and send it.

  2. 申請者の実技レベルを確認して、電子顕微鏡解析ステーション ナノ構造解析グループ事務局よりご連絡を差し上げます。
    Nanostructural Characterization Group office will contact the applicants after checking their skills.
２．審査手続き / Steps for Acceptance

HP－ダウンロードページ にある、Aライセンスの申請関連 をご覧ください。申請に必要な書類はすべてこちらからダウンロードができます。
 注意：書類は、外部利用者、NIMS定年制職員、NIMS定年制職員以外 の3種類がございます。
　　　 申請者の該当箇所の書類をダウンロードしてください。

Please look at the "apply for the A-license" on the "downloads" page. You can download all documents pertaining to this procedure from here.
 Caution: There are 3 sets of documents, depending on whether you are “External Users", "NIMS
　　　　　 Permanent Employee" or "NIMS Except for Permanent Employee".
　　　　 　Please download the set of documents that match your status.

  1. 「新型コロナウイルス感染対策期間中の装置利用について」をよく読んで、感染対策のルールを理解してください。
    Please read "Caution for A-license users (COVID-19)" to understand the rules in effect for the Noble coronavirus prevention.
  2. 「Aライセンス発行時説明資料」 をよく読んで、ナノ構造解析グループのルールを理解してください。
    Please read "Attention for A-license user" to understand the rules of Nanostructural Characterization Group.
  3. Web上で「Aライセンス理解度チェックテスト」を受験してください。結果は自動で事務局に送信されます。
    Please take the online test "A-license check test" as below. The results will automatically be sent to our office.
３．発行 / Issuance

審査を通過した利用者には、Aライセンスが発行されます。
Users who pass the acceptance criteria will be assigned an A-license.

Aライセンスユーザーについて / About A-license users

  • 操作経験のあるユーザー
  • 装置操作に熟知し、スタッフの補助が全く必要ないユーザーはAライセンスを取得いただけます。
  • 新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のための利用制限期間中もご利用いただけます。
  • NIMS所属の方は夜間もご利用いただけます。NIMS外の方は夜間はご利用いただけません。
    ※ 試料作製室・JEM-7000Fは夜間ご利用いただけません。
  • Experienced users
  • Users who are knowledgeable and proficient of the equipment use, and who do not need any face-to-face assistance from the staff may acquire an A-license.
  • A-license holders may use the facilities during the Novel Coronavirus infection control period.
  • Users belonging to NIMS are permitted during night time session hours (17:00 to 20:30).
    Users outside of NIMS are not eligible for use during night time session hours.
    ※ The sample preparation room and JEM-7000F are not available for night sessions.
