Bライセンスユーザーはタブレット等による遠隔サポートの下で機器利用が可能とします。
遠隔サポートのための機器のスケジュール調整が必要なため、ご利用日時はスタッフと調整させていただきます。
ご自身でご予約をお取りすることが出来ません。
ご予約は、事務局にご連絡ください。
以上の条件をご承諾いただけるBライセンス利用希望者は、お問い合わせフォーム より事務局までご連絡をお願い致します。
遠隔サポートのみで機器の操作を行って頂くことが難しい場合は、今しばらくBライセンス利用は保留とさせていただきます。
また、ご自身で操作が可能でスタッフのサポートが必要がない方は、Aライセンスの取得が可能です。
Aライセンスをご希望の方は、お問い合わせください。
Aライセンスに変更可能か確認後ご連絡致します。
それ以外のユーザーの方は、今しばらく技術代行をご利用ください。

User support for B-licensed Users are available only remotely using a tablet. Contact us to the TEM Station office to reserve your slot using a inquiry form.
Note that you cannot make reservation by yourself.

We have only a limited number of tablets, so we need to arrange the date so that a tablet is available.
If you are not able to use the equipment only by remote assist,
the use is not permitted.
Please use "Technical Surrogate" instead.
If you can use the equipment all by yourself without any technical support, you can apply to get for A-license.
If you would like to acquire an A-license, please contact us to the TEM Station office.
We will contact you after confirming whether the license can be issued or not.
