電子顕微鏡ステーションでは、5月13日から、スタッフの補助が全く必要ない Aライセンスユーザーは、機器利用で装置をご使用いただけます。
※ライセンスについて
利用できる装置は、

・JEM-ARM200F-B
・JEM-2100F-1
・JEM-2100F-2
・JEM-2100
・JIB-4000
・JEM-9320FIB
・NB5000
です。
それ以外のユーザーの方は、技術代行をご利用ください。
なお、在宅勤務者が多いため、お手続きに遅延が生じますことをあらかじめご了解ください。

From May 13, 2020, A-license holders who do not need any assistance from the staff can use the equipment in Common Use Service.
