EDSシステムを装備しており、元素分析や元素マップを得ることができます。試料サイズ、材質の制約が少なく、汎用性の高い装置です。
This scanning electron microscope (SEM) is equipped with a thermal FEG(field emission gun).
EDS for elemental analysis and mapping is possible. Various sample sizes and various kinds of materials are acceptable.
