The 18th MANA International Symposium 2025 "Quantum and Thermal Materials" was held at MANA Auditorium, NIMS in Tsukuba City from October 16 (Thu) to 17 (Fri), 2025.
This Symposium is held every year to present WPI-MANA's research achievements to the domestic and international scientific community.
The symposium featured two Plenary Talks by Prof. Gang Chen of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, and Prof. Teruo Ono of Kyoto University. The symposium consisted of 14 invited speakers from inside and outside Japan, 12 speakers from NIMS and 44 poster presentations.
263 participants gathered locally for a lively Q&A session and exchange of ideas.
