Operando Electrode Reaction Analysis
Operando Electrode Reaction Analysis(Laboratory-based XAS、HAXPES)
A laboratory-based X‑ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) system equipped with a high‑brightness continuous X‑ray source enables the acquisition of spectra for 3d and 4d transition metals (22Ti–44Ru) that are comparable in quality to those obtained at synchrotron radiation facilities, thanks to optimized optics and measurement conditions. By using our custom-designed operando cell, both X‑ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) and extended X‑ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) can be continuously measured throughout the charge–discharge process.
■ XC-ray Absorption Spectroscopy (XAS)
XAS measurements in the 2.0-20KeV range can be performed in the laboratory.
X-ray absorption spectra mesured using both a synchrotron radiation facility and our laboratory-based XAS system
