3D Structure Analysis
Acquirement for three-dimensional images using FIB-SEM for samples with porous structures is conducted. By linking a series of cross-sectional images, it is possible to reconstruct the 3D structure and perform structural analysis.
It can acquire cross-sectional images up to approximately 400 mm in width.
