For Students

We welcome motivated students who are interested in joining our groups as interns or PhD students at the Graduate School of Chemical Sciences and Engineering, Hokkaido University. At Hokkaido University, Prof. Yoshio teaches in the Materials Chemistry and Engineering Course (Nano-Assembled Materials Chemistry Laboratory).

NIMS collaborates closely with several universities in Japan with a focus on trainig of personnel in materials science.

For postgraduate students who study in universities which are collaborating with NIMS, researchers of NIMS provide support as a professor.

YOSHIO teaches at Hokkaido University, Graduate School of Chemical Sciences and Engineering.

A graduate research assistantship program are offered to graduate students.

The internship period is up to 90 calendar days. In the leading-edge reserach lab, you have an opportunity to study with researchers and students from all over world.
