Masato Takei, a trainee ( Thin Film Electronics Group) and his research members attended the award ceremony of the "37th International Microprocesses and Nanotechnology Conference (MNC 2024)" held in Kyoto, Japan from November 12 to 15, 2024.

They were honored with the "Most Impressive Poster Award" which recognized their outstanding research presented the poster session of the previous conference, the 36th International Microprocesses and Nanotechnology Conference (MNC 2023) held in Sapporo, Japan from November 14 to 17.

The MNC conference focuses on advancing lithography science and nano-fabrication technology, promoting applications across device fields such as physics, device development, biotechnology, and communications.
