The 6th Japanese Culture Class 2011 -Pottery craft-

<p>On October 7, the 6th Japanese culture class "Pottery craft" instructed by Mr. Kanji Kawazoe was held at Yukarino-Mori, Tsukuba.</p>
<p>16 participants first practiced pugging. Then they started to make a work, a plate, a mask, a tea bowl or a vessel, they liked. One of participants made a mask of Kappa. This is a Japanese legendary creature, a kind of water sprite found in Japanese folklore).</p>
<p>Participants look forward to unload their crafts from kiln one month later after the class.</p>
