MANA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique at the Universite del la Mediterranee, Marseille, Fance, for scientific collaboration on "Transient chemistry of metal ions for low temperature ultrafast laser-assisted growth of hetero-nanostructures on aqueous solutions". The MOUs was signed on September 20, 2010.
