利用報告について User's report
本事業の研究支援は利用内容の公開が必須です。年度毎、利用終了後には利用報告をご記載頂きます。

利用報告書は研究論文ではなく、ARIMの共用設備利用に関する「利用報告書」です。
ARIM設備を利用して実施した実験、計測、分析、試作等の内容と、得られた結果を公開することが目的であり、それによって達成された研究成果などは可能な範囲で記載して下さい。
The user’s report is not a research paper, but a report of usage details regarding the use of ARIM shared equipment.
You are asked to describe the experiments, measurements, analyses, prototypes, etc. carried out using the ARIM equipment and the results obtained.
You may describe your research results achieved to the extent possible.
利用報告はARIM利用報告書公開サイト上で公開され、閲覧、検索、ダウンロードできるようになります。

利用報告書はご利用年度の12月にお送りするID/PWで下記サイトからログインの上、作成下さい。

利用報告書提出の際は注意事項の内容を十分理解し同意頂いた上でご提出ください。

諸事情によりweb入力が難しい場合、下記の書式で作成し担当領域推進室までご提出をお願いいたします。
If you are unable to complete the form on the web, please fill out the WORD form at the bottom of this page and submit it to ARIM Promotion Office of a Key Technology Domain.

・公開猶予について
※利用報告は必須となっておりますが、論文投稿・学会発表の準備・特許出願の可能性等の理由で、最大2年間公開を猶予することができます。
※利用報告は必須となっておりますが、論文投稿・学会発表の準備・特許出願の可能性等の理由で、最大2年間公開を猶予することができます。
※公開猶予を希望された場合でも、利用報告書は提出期限までに必ず提出してください。
※公開猶予を選択された場合でも、利用報告書は報告書システム内に保管されます。
システムは情報漏洩がないよう最新の注意を払って運用されていますが、万が一報告書内容が漏れた場合、当機構は一切の責任を負いません事をご了承ください。
・成果の追記について
※ご自身の利用報告書ページには、装置利用により得られた成果（誌上発表、口頭発表、特許等）の情報を、締切以降３年間追記可能です。随時追記頂き、ご自身のご研究の広報にお役立て頂けますと幸いです。*Reporting is mandatory, but publication may be deferred for up to two years for reasons such as preparation for paper submission, conference presentation, or possible patent application.
However, even if you wish to postpone the release of your report, please be sure to submit the user’s report by the due date.
*Your user's report will be stored in the ARIM User Report System during the grace period.
Although the system is operated with the utmost care to prevent information leakage, please note that we will not be held responsible for any leakage of report contents.
・成果の追記について
*Information such as publications using the results of the research can be added for three years after the deadline. We hope that you will utilize your report page to publicize your research.
