About Synchrotron X-ray Station at SPring-8

The synchrotron X-ray station of NIMS at SPring-8 was founded for structure analysis of advanced materials. Crystal structure analysis by X-ray diffraction and electronic state analysis by Hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are performed using a wide energy range X-rays from 2.2 to 36 keV.
