* As a rule, reservations can be made for up to 4 slots.
* B license: Weekday morning and afternoon sessions available (9:00~16:30)
* A license: Weekday morning, afternoon and evening sessions available (9:00~20:30)
* Except for some equipment, NIMS users are allowed to use the equipment during the nighttime; non-NIMS users are not allowed to use the equipment during the nighttime.

For Talos, Nanomill, Ceramics sample preparation facilities in Namiki-site
→ Book by the hour.

* As a rule, reservations can be made for up to 3 days.
* B license: Weekday 9:00~17:00 available.
* A license: No restrictions on available hours of use.

For NX5000 in Namiki-site
→ Please follow the session slots below.

• 9:00~13:00
• 13:00~17:00
• 17:00~ (* No time limit until 9:00 the next day)

* As a rule, reservations can be made for up to 3 slots.
* B license: Weekday morning and afternoon sessions available (9:00~17:00).
* A license: No restrictions on available hours of use.

For other SEM/TEM sample preparation equipment group (Sengen-site Physical Analysis Lab. #103)
→ Book by the hour.

* There are the equipment that require reservations and the equipment that do not.
* The equipment requiring reservations can reserve the following time;

• B license: 9:00-16:00 on weekdays
• A license: 9:00-20:00 on weekdays

* No limit to the number of reservation slot per day.
* The equipment that does not require reservation may be used without reservation by users who are licensed to use the equipment in the following time;

• B license: 9:00-16:30 on weekdays
• A license: 9:00-20:30 on weekdays
