MANA Participated in the 10th WPI Science Symposium

On Saturday, December 18, 2021, the 10th WPI Science Symposium was held at the ISHIKAWA ONGAKUDO (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa), hosted by the Nano Life Science Institute Kanazawa University (WPI-NanoLSI). This year, under the theme of "Nano World Toward the Future," high school students and other young people had the opportunity to learn about the forefront of research being conducted by world-class researchers and to experience the true joy of research.

From MANA, as part of the WPI Center's lecture, Takashi Taniguchi, Director of MANA, introduced the development of new materials and new functions by Nanoarchitectonics, and talked about the enthusiasm for participating in the Nano Car Race 2. In the afternoon, Satoshi Ishii, Principal Researcher, and Michio Matsumoto, Independent Scientist participated online in the research poster presentation by high school students, gave feedback and encouragement to the students. In addition, the MANA Outreach Team exhibited at a booth and introduced MANA's research, focusing on the Nano Car Race 2.
