Studies on space charge layer at the electrode/solid electrolyte interface in all-solid-state rechargeable lithium batteries

Electrode/solid electrolyte interfacial resistance influences on power density of all-solid-state rechargeable lithium batteries. The aim of this work is to study on space charge layer focusing on both lithium concentration profile and structural relaxation. These will be investigated by electrochemical analysis combined with semiconductor technology and advanced analysis measurements.

Probable factors on interfacial resistance at electrode/solid electrolyte interface
