Submit the abstract through the Confit's website above. The title, main text, and image will be combined into a single PDF file atumatically. The "Confit" is an online system for academic conference provided by Atlas Co., Ltd.
After you have completed the submission, you will receive an email with an URL to confirm the PDF file. You can also check it through the Confit's My Page.

Late-breaking Poster Abstract Submission:
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
* The contributed presentation: 12 minutes talk + 3 minutes Q&A period.
* The invited presentation: 17 minutes talk + 3 minutes Q&A period.
* The plenary presentation: 25 minutes talk + 5 minutes Q&A period.
Please copy your presentation to our laptop and check it works well before the session starts.
This is easier and faster than connecting to your own laptop.
Keep in mind that there is no extra time allotted to troubleshooting connections or rebooting.

After revision and approval by the authors, the presented materials will be published with DOI in the "Materials Data Repository Service" of NIMS.
