Hideo Hosono, Distinguished Fellow received "The Technology Award 2022" at Eduard Rhein Foundation, Germany.

The Eduard Rhein Foundation was established for the promotion of scientific research, learning, arts, and culture to praise Eduard Rhein's honors.
The awards are international awards given to researchers who have made significant contributions to various fields.

Hideo Hosono has successfully developed the basis for new applications in display technology and general microelectronics.

The award ceremony and recipient commemorative lecture will be held on June 9, 2023, at Main Campus, Technical University Munich.
