Dr. Kazuhiro Hono, Principal Investigator, and his colleagues received the Tawara Award from the Iron and Steel Institute of Japan (ISIJ) for “A New Method for Size Estimation of Cu Nano-precipitates in Fe Based on Positron Quantum-dot Confinement” in 2010. The award was given to them for their excellent papers published in the journal "iron and steel" for last one year, and reviewed as the most benefit papers in academic and technical regions.
