At the end of the NIMS-UCSB Third Annual Workshop on “Advanced Materials and Measurement Techniques”, a delegation of Professors from University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) visited MANA on October 12, 2011, to get an overview of the research performed within the MANA project. The guests received a general introduction of MANA from Dr. Yoshio Bando (MANA Chief Operating Officer) and visited the facilities of MANA Foundry, the Nano Tube Group (Nano-Materials Field), the Nano Functionality Integration Group (Nano-System Field) and the Tissue Regeneration Materials Group (Nano-Bio Field) by having active discussions on the latest research results.
