Dr. Tsuyoshi Hasgawa's research work on "Development of Novel Transistor with Combined Logic and Memory Functions with Power Consumption Reduced to One-Millionth that of Conventional Devices" was introduced on the NHK English radio program "Japan and World Update" on February 28.

In the corner introducing the latest technology, the program introduced the significance and prospects for future development of the transistor structure atoms, including the interview with Dr. Hasegwa.
