Three research subjects proposed by MANA researchers were selected for funding from the first term of Core Research of Evolutional Science & Technology (CREST) and Precursory Research for Embryonic Science and Technology (PRESTO) by the Japan Science and Technology Agency in fiscal year 2010 as following:
