The investigation team from U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) visited the Internatinal Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics (MANA), NIMS on July 14, 2009.
The group visited Japan to investigate the research activities in Japan for the possibility of research collaboration on the renewable energy technologies.
The team was organized by Ellen Stechel, Sandia National Laboratories.
The visit was coordinated by Tetsuo Satoh, ATIP.
A technical official from Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), also participated in the visit.
