NHK covered MANA activities on the NHK Program "Ohayou Nippon (Good Morning Japan)".
Live coverage was nationally televised at 8 am from the MANA Building. They introduced the WPI program as a way to foster young scientists who would pursue a Nobel Prize. Dr. Fukata, Dr. Hill, Dr. Pumera and Dr. Nemoto appeared on the news.
