The second MANA International Symposium 2009 was held in Epochal Tsukuba from February 25 to 27, 2009.
As guests, Prof. Hiroo Imura, chairperson of the Program Committee of the WPI Initiative; Professor Emeritus of Kyoto University and Prof. Toshio Kuroki Program Director of WPI Program; Deputy Director of Research Center for Science Systems, JSPS delivered the opening greetings.
A special lecture was given by Prof. Heinrich Rohrer, Novel Laureate in Physics 1986. Session also included 8 invited speakers from all over the world.
