The Society for Information Display is one of the largest display academic conferences that have more than 30 branches in the world.
Karl Ferdinand Braun Prize is the most prestigious international prize of The Society for Information Display, named after Prof. Karl Ferdinand Braun who is an innovator of the cathode-ray tube (CRT). The award is presented to researchers who have contributed significantly to the display industry.
