Ryoma Hayakawa, Senior Researcher and Yutaka Wakayama, Group Leader of Quantum Device Engineering Group won the "MNC 2018 Outstanding Paper Award", issued by International Microprocesses and Nanotechnology Conference (MNC 2018), with Prof. Kenji Matsuda (Kyoto Univ.), Dr. Kenji Higashiguchi (Kyoto Univ.) and Assoc. Prof. Yutaka Noguchi (Meiji Univ.).
This achievement is a result of the joint research by NIMS, Kyoto University and Meiji University.
