2011.10.01: Dr. Seiichiro Ii gave an invited talk in The 55th Symposium of The Japanese Society of Microscopy held in Takamatsu.
2011.09.22: Ms. Zhang returned to China.
2011.09.22: Mr. Tashima finished his internship in NIMS and returned to Kumamoto.
2011.09.16: Publications was updated.
2011.09.12: 5th Structural Materials Unit Seminar was held.
2011.09.09: We attended to the International conference of martensitic transformation (ICOMAT-2011) from Sep.4th to 9th. Details are here.
2011.09.02: Mr. Aaron Stebner (Northwestern University, USA) came to NIMS.
2011.08.23: Mr. Kyohei Tashima (Graduate student (M1), Lab. of Microstructure and Interface Control and Engineering Kumamoto University) has come and stay as an internship student. He will stay for a month and study about nanoindentation.
2011.07.19: Prof. Mojmir Sob (MASARYK UNIVERSITY) came to NIMS and he gave a seminar about ab-initio calculation of magnetism of grain boundaries. We also discussed about our current research topics with him.
