Abstract submission
The abstract submission deadline for oral contribution is 31st May 2025. We accept the abstract for poster contribution untill 15th July 2025.
Please login in to the abstract submission website to submit your abstract (you'll have to create an account if you don't already have one) and follow the instructions. Use this template for the abstract. Only PDF is accepted.
We encourage you to apply Best Poster Awards.
Registration
The registration process requires participants to complete the registration form and pay the corresponding conference fee through the SMART Conference website, which is managed by PCO Co.,Ltd. The website will guide you through the registration steps, including selecting your participation type and providing payment options. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot and take advantage of any early-bird discounts.
The payment can be done only via Credit Card. Information on how to perform the payment is included in the registration form. If your institution does not accept credit card payments, please contact the Conference Chair (KAWAI.Shigeki
nims.go.jp).
Registration will not be considered complete until the registration payment has been acknowledged. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from the organization with your registration number. If you have made the payment and do not receive this confirmation email within 15 days, please contact us.
The payment invoice will be provided to attendees at the conference registration desk.
For security reasons, we use the registration page (SMART Conference) designed for general use by PCO Co., LTD. As a result, there is an unnecessary section regarding a "coupon code" (not applicable for NC-AFM2025). Please kindly ignore this section.
We accept only credit card payment. Thus the text "Payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) can also be specified separately for each payment." in the registration page should also read "Payment method (credit card) can also be specified separately for each payment." We appriciate your understanding.
Fees: Regular and student fees include participation in both the NC-AFM 2025 conference and the satellite symposium, as well as coffee breaks, the commercial exhibition, welcome party, conference dinner, and excursion. The fee for an accompanying person includes only the welcome party, conference dinner, and excursion.

There will be no refunds for “no-show” registrants. The conference will not accommodate requests to send out any conference publications and/or materials to “no-show” registrants for any part of the conference duration.
Visa Application
For participants requiring a visa to enter Japan, please fill in your information in the visa support request form and send it to Conference Chair (KAWAI.Shigekinims.go.jp). After we receive confirmation of your registration fee payment, we will process your request and send you an invitation letter via email.
Accomodation
There are several hotels conveniently located near the conference site, offering a wide range of options to suit various budgets and preferences. These accommodations are within walking distance or a short tram ride from the venue, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for participants.Since the conference dates fall during a busy travel season, we strongly recommend making your reservations as early as possible to secure your preferred hotel and room type.
