先端機能物性理論研究室
物質の本性を理論で観る！
電子間にはクーロン相互作用やスピン交換相互作用が働いています。 固体中のようなアボガドロ数程の多数の電子がいる環境では、 それらの相互作用は集団励起を引き起こし、 物質は低温で超伝導や磁性を始めとする様々な特性を示します。 このような電子間の多体相互作用という観点から物質の基礎的概念の創出を理論的に研究しています。 特に、解析的な理論手法と数値計算を駆使して、高温超伝導、 超伝導と磁性の共存・競合、臨界現象と量子相転移、 電子ネマチック相等の新規量子状態の研究を進めています。
博士課程学生募集
「理論」という道具を使って如何にして物性を理解していくか。 この感覚を身に付け物質科学の発展に貢献する力を養います。 例えば、下記のような教科書をご参照下さい。 このような内容に強い興味を持ち、研究に情熱を傾けられる方を希望しております。 所属は、 北海道大学大学院理学院物性物理学専攻 になりますが、研究は 物質・材料研究機構 で行い、 NIMSジュニア研究員 として毎月約200,000円の賃金が支給されます。興味のある方は、履歴書、及び研究に対する抱負、 推薦書を依頼出来る先生の連絡先を記した書類を作成し、 電子メールまたは郵便 でお送りください。ご提出頂いた書類は選考目的にのみ使用し、 書類の返却は致しかねます点をご了承下さい。
