Termination of Shared Use Services through the Nanotechnology Platform Program
Due to the conclusion of the "Nanotechnology Platform" program by MEXT at the end of fiscal year 2021, the Microstructure Analysis Platform (PF) services at our station will also be discontinued. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all the support provided by our users over the years.
From now on, the shared use of equipment will be continued under the Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials (ARIM) program. If you wish to use the equipment at our station, please register with ARIM.
